camping survival equipment

Why wolderness / survival / camping schools not listed what you need to bring to the front?

I am a back packer and hiker experienced, and I am looking to send my nephew to a school camping skills as a gift, I think it's very frustrating when you look at schools or training camps not giving a list of equipment up front, as not only help wpould ready, but also give an idea of what the center will not be teaching. Either of things have an idea why not make the list to bring?

I do not know where you've looked, but BOSS - The Boulder Outdoor Survival School offers a list arts in general here, and below each link is a little more information: http://www.boss-inc.com/08faq.html # Two17, but the school Tracking Tom Brown Jr says there are lists of teams in each class section, but it certainly can not find: http://www.trackerschool.com/faq_equipment.asp I imagine if you could call them make a list and is also suspected that the reason that there are more specific to learn is that you'll want to survive as a few pieces of art as humanly possible, and one of the sites said they wanted to discourage people from buying unnecessary equipment and luxury for their classes, that is my answer to your question.
