We are looking for a camping park where you can swim and just a tent and a barbecue a little and take our 5 year old daughter and our dog, who lives in Montgomery and I do not want to go far, and this seems a good place, but I have not been able to find any reviews on it, so I was wondering if anyone has been there and how the experience was, as was the very clean water, anything like that. thanks!

What are the chances of getting a 2nd mortgage for a trailer near the sea in a campground?

I asked this question before on campers, trailers, permanent camp sites in South Carolina. I'm doing lots of research here and in many of my feedbacks have been negative about any bank or financial institution, even considering a 2nd mortgage or a loan to buy one of these calls in a camping trailer. I also receiving negative reactions in the resale value on these structures. Anybody know, or how to go about looking for a reputable lender in South Carolina? I'm in Carolina North and my agent does not know anyone or have any advice for me in this situation. He told me to check in South Carolina. So, here I am asking. Any help is appreciated.
