What type of camping gear, equipment and essential elements I need?

I am taking my family camping in a few weeks. What type of camping equipment I need? I have a small list of what I have so far: 1. Tent 2. Sleeping bags 3. and 4 silver plates. (food, but what kind?)

insect repellent, sunscreen, warm clothing and cold Ponchos often cold at night, depending on where you are. in case of rain, reeds Fishing, pots and pans, how will you cook? in the open fire in a grill? in a camp stove? You may need to charcoal, firewood, propane as a function of what and how you will cook. Toilet paper, air mattresses and pump, paper towels, hot dogs are easy meal. Refrigerator drinks and water. It all depends on how much you want rough. Oh, and do not forget the garbage bags.
