Entry Level of discharge after 180 days the National Guard, but before camp?
Am I able to obtain approval of the entry-level management of the National Guard before going to training camp even though they have been recruited, and will RSP 180 days? I am 17, and decided that i dont want to join the army. I joined in June and ship out in May ..
If it is simply because you've decided to change his mind, probably not - you have signed a legal contract with the government. You can talk to your recruiter or whoever their CO is in RSP, but unless you have a good reason - that the army will accept them, you're probably going to camp. "I do not want" generally not considered sufficient, although you may be able to pay a good lawyer (with experience in military law) to try to break the contract on the basis of his being under 18 years if you are in a state where you must be 18 to sign these contracts without parental consent.
